三、基本條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)憲法和法律,認(rèn)同中國(guó)能建企業(yè)文化,具備良好的職業(yè)道德和學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)范。
2.專家型人才是指在相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域特別是在科技領(lǐng)域取得一定專業(yè)成就的權(quán)威人士。其中,專家一般需具備扎實(shí)的理論功底和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力,能解決相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域前沿性、關(guān)鍵性、復(fù)雜性問題及難題;高級(jí)專家指在前面所述專家素質(zhì)、資格基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步掌握了相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域特別是科技領(lǐng)域的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在行業(yè)內(nèi)具備一定的影響力;資深專家則在高級(jí)專家基礎(chǔ)上,在相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域有較大發(fā)明創(chuàng)造或重大革新,在行業(yè)內(nèi)有較強(qiáng)的影響力;首席專家則在資深專家基礎(chǔ)上,在相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域特別是科技領(lǐng)域有權(quán)威性,處于國(guó)際一流水平。不同企業(yè)層級(jí)的專家、高級(jí)專家、資深專家、首席專家的任職條件和要求有所不同。
3.一般應(yīng)具有博士學(xué)位,在國(guó)(境)外知名企業(yè)、科研院所、高等院校正式工作不少于3年;或從事博士后研究不少于2年。
4.在國(guó)際知名企業(yè)擔(dān)任高層級(jí)職務(wù),或者在國(guó)際知名高校、科研院所擔(dān)任相當(dāng)于副教授以上職務(wù)者優(yōu)先。
5.特別優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬條件。

I. Recruiting features

1. Candidates must abide by the constitution and the law,identify with the corporate culture of Energy China and have good professional ethics.
2. Expert-level talents refer to authorities who have achieved certain professional achievements in the related majors or fields particularly in the field of science and technology. Experts should have solid theoretical knowledge and high-level of skills with the ability to solve cutting-edge, critical and complex problems in related majors and fields. Advanced experts refer to those who have further mastered the core competitiveness of related major and fields, especially in field of science and technology, and have certain influence in the industry on the basis of the quality and qualification of experts mentioned above. Senior experts ,on the basis of advanced experts, have achieved major inventions or technological innovations in related majors and technical fields and expertise ranks among the world-class level in the industry. Chief experts, On the basis of senior experts, have authority in related majors and fields, especially in the field of science and technology, and expertise ranks among the world-class level in the industry. Job qualifications and requirements for experts, advanced experts, senior experts, and chief experts differ at different corporate levels.
3. Candidates should generally acquire a doctoral degree and have no less than 3 years of formal working experience in well-known enterprises, research institutes and universities overseas,Or at least 2 years of post-doctoral research.
4. Candidates who hold senior-level positions in internationally renowned enterprises, or hold positions equivalent to associate professor or above in internationally renowned universities or research institutes are preferred.
